Requesting a return
Return request window: 30 calendar days after delivery. Email support@ednascoutureboutique.com with your order number and the items you wish to return. We will explain the return process. Do not send goods to an unconfirmed address.
Eligibility and exceptions
Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with all tags attached, returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned from a United States address; we do not process international returns. Any exclusions must be disclosed before purchase and remain subject to applicable law. Statutory rights relating to faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods are not excluded by this policy.
Return delivery and costs

Refunds
Refund processing and payment method: Refunds are issued within 5 business days after we receive your return, to the original payment method. No restocking fee is charged. We will notify you after checking the returned items. Your payment provider may take additional time to post the refund. Contact us if a confirmed refund has not arrived within the stated timeframe.
Cancellations and exchanges
Cancellation conditions: You can cancel an order free of charge any time before dispatch by emailing support@ednascoutureboutique.com or calling 321-337-6517; after dispatch, please use the returns process. For an exchange, contact us to check availability and the process before returning an item. Mandatory cancellation and withdrawal rights in your market take precedence where applicable.
United States only: returns are accepted for orders delivered within the United States and sent to 5744 N Orange Blossom Trl, Lockhart / Orlando, FL 32810, United States. International returns are not accepted. 30-day return window; we cover return shipping; no restocking fee; refunds within 5 business days after we receive the return.
